DELIVERY INFORMATION 

1. Order Processing & Payment

• All items are subject to stock availability. If an item is unavailable, we’ll contact you with alternative options.
• A 50% deposit or full payment is required before processing. Orders ship only once payment has fully cleared.

2. Delivery Area

• We deliver throughout South Africa.
• International shipping requires arrangement by the customer.

3. Delivery Time Estimates

• Delivery times are based on the shipping date, not the order date.
• We aim to dispatch within 5 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.
• Gauteng: 1–3 working days
• Rest of South Africa: 3+ working days
• Overnight delivery:  Safety Signs & Equipment does not provide overnight courier services, but you may arrange your own courier.

4. Special Delivery Instructions

Let us know if you have any specific instructions for the delivery team when placing your order.

5. Shipping Costs

• Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight, delivery method, and destination.
• Additional charges may apply for remote areas or oversized items.

6. Damaged or Missing Deliveries

• Report any visible damage upon delivery immediately.
• All complaints must be logged within 7 working days of delivery and include photos and your order number.
